Mithistomia Art is a genre of art associated with written works generated with the aid of AI.
The widely accepted format is a format similar to the “book covers” of physical paperback books in the 20th century.
One of the first examples is of that used for Volker Bourne’s piece “Under the Tree of Hippocrates”.
The term also encompasses other AI generated art used as illustrations, diagrams etc – together with music and sound tracks associated with, and/or inspired by, written works.
